Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Multi Currency Converter app (the "App"), provided by Exystems, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Exystems, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal use. The App, its source code, design, and trademarks remain the property of Exystems, LLC.

2. Platform Stores and Their Terms

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your download, installation, and any in-app purchases are also subject to the terms of the platform you obtained the App from (Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, Google Play's Terms of Service). Where those platform terms grant you broader rights, they apply alongside these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the App or its supporting infrastructure.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the App, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.
• Not use automated means (scrapers, bots) to query the App's data feeds.

4. Exchange Rate Data

The App displays currency and crypto-asset exchange rates sourced from public third-party providers and cached on our servers. Rates are typically refreshed approximately once per hour for fiat currencies and may be more volatile for crypto-assets. Rates may be delayed, incomplete, or differ from rates available at any specific bank, broker, exchange, or merchant.

Rates shown in the App are indicative only and intended for informational and convenience purposes — for example, estimating travel costs or comparing prices. They are not intended for, and must not be relied upon for, trading, hedging, settlement, accounting, tax, or any other purpose where rate accuracy is material. Verify any rate with your financial institution before making a financial decision.

5. Financial Disclaimer

The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing displayed in the App should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any currency or crypto-asset. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

6. In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Pro") that unlocks additional features. The price is displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and is set by the platform store. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google — we do not handle, store, or have access to your payment information.

Refunds and restoration. Refunds are governed by the policies of the platform you purchased through (Apple App Store or Google Play); refund requests must be made directly to the platform. Pro entitlement can be restored to the same Apple ID / Google account on any device using the App's "Restore Purchases" function.

Feature changes. We may add, modify, or retire individual Pro features over time. We will not retroactively remove the core features that were advertised at the time of your purchase, but specific implementations and aesthetic options may evolve.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In summary, the App does not collect personal information, does not use third-party analytics, and does not require an account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM US OR THE APP CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EXYSTEMS, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIVE U.S. DOLLARS (US$5.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends and you must stop using the App and remove any copies from your devices. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 12, and 13) will continue to apply after termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes that meaningfully affect your rights will be noted at the top of the page for at least thirty (30) days. Continued use of the App after the effective date of an updated version constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App is the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

13. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any platform-store terms that apply, are the entire agreement between you and Exystems, LLC regarding the App.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
